Quickly and Completely Remove decryptfiles@protonmail Ransomware

My son use my working laptop play games yesterday evening. But today i can't use my computer any more, he told me that he just downloaded a game and did nothing wrong. But what happened to my PC?

decryptfiles@protonmail is regarded as a ransomware which has the capability to lock your important files like PDF creator, MS Office files, media files or other important files as soon as it infiltrates into your PC. The only aim of it is to get ransom money from innocent computer users. Usually, it is spread through junk email attachments with harmful codes or malicious popups. Sometimes, it is also spread via fake warnings to threaten users to download its malicious programs. Never click or open junk files, links or pop-up ads that you are not familiar, or all your files will be locked soon.
