Stop Staticc.adacado.com Pop-up - Get Rid of Staticc.adacado.com

Complains from the computer users about Staticc.adacado.com

I have had several pop-ups from this little sod, any idea why? The server http://staticc.adacado.com:80 requires a user name and password.

I have seen this several times on the ER forum now. It is a message asking for a login ID and PW. Has anyone else seen this? I don't think it is unique to ER.org as a Google search brings up this same question on several other message boards.

A user name and password are being requested by http://staticc.adacado.com. The site says: "Restricted"

I have been periodically getting a drop down box over the last few days saying that "stattic adacado .com" needs a password to continue. It goes away in about 20 seconds or if I click to close it. Annoying, but worrisome because I wonder if it may be doing something else that I can't see.
