Stop F0fff0.com and Ff1493.com Pop-up - Remove F0fff0.com and Ff1493.com Completely

The intrusion attempt by  F0fff0.com and Ff1493.com have been blocked. Have had others before that too and I think some or more are creating Temp files and eating up my memory. If someone can help let me know what to download and try it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
