Remove http://go.wydeo.com/ Pop-up Completely From the Browser

I've been having problems with my computer lately.  My antivirus keeps telling me that the web agent blocked a malware.  It says :

Object : http://go.wydeo.com/resutsa/?x=0g?...
Infection : Url: Mal
Process : c:\windows\explorer.exe

What else can I do? Thanks.
