How to remove BlockAndSurf adware ( Removal Guide for Ads by BlockAndSurf)

My nephew downloaded and installed this thing BlockAndSurf. After that, every time I open any internet browser like Google chrome, Firefox & IE, there were lots of ads that will prompt beside. I already tried to uninstall BlockAndSurf, but it still comes back.

Description of BlockAndSurf

BlockAndSurf is an adware which will install on user;s computer without user's permission and awaremness along with third-party programs. After installed on the computer, it will add the unwanted browser extension and add-on to your browser and change the browser setting. When you open the browser, you will be redirected to some unwanted website which are labeled with the sign of Brought to you by BlockAndSurf  or ads by BlockAndSurf. When you surf the Internet,  BlockAndSurf will generate a lot of pop-up ads, coupons, banners and sponsor links on all your browser.
