Remove RSA-2048/cryptoware - Get Rid of CryptoDefense

Infected with RSA-2048/cryptoware. CryptoDefense? I have a HP with Windows 7. It has a virus that has corrupted all my files in Excel and all our pictures.  In the folder that the files are kept it states that I need to send money to free up our files. I see RSA-2048 in this text and cryptoware. I have not been able to fix this. Is there something I can do? Thanks for any help.

This virus will infiltrate into your computer without your notice. After it gets into the computer successfully, it will change your computer registry entries and system files and then begin to encrypt your files. You will get a message to ask to pay for the ransom to decrypted your files.
