  2.  Internet Explorer (IE)
    1. Open Internet Explorer, go to “Tools”, and then click on Internet Options.
    2. In the Internet Options dialog box, click on the “Advanced” tab, then click on the “Reset” button.
    3. In the Reset Internet Explorer settings section, check the “Delete personal settings” box, and then click on “Reset”

  3. Mozilla Firefox (FF)
    1. Open Firefox, click the Firefox button, go to the “Help” sub-menu, and select “Troubleshooting Information”.
    2. Click the “Reset Firefox” button in the upper-right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page.
    3. Then click “Reset Firefox” in the confirmation window that opens. Firefox will close and be reset

Step 4: Delete the folder generated by
1.Tap CTRL+SHIFT+ESC, choose “Start Task Manager” , find its associated running process and then click “End Task”
2. Delete malicious folder
Go to Disk C, click “Organize”, and then select “Folder and search options”.
When you’re in Folder Options window, please click on its View tab, tick “Show hidden files and folders” and non-tick “Hide extensions for known file types” and then press “OK”
