I have run my antivirus on safe mode and got rid of thephonesupport.com but the icon remains. I took it off of task manager.When I click on the icon it takes me to internet explorer. Is it safe to delete the icon or is there some form of it left?

I've done repeated scans with my antivirus in safe mode and they come back empty. my apps some will work and some wont. and when you click the "Live PC Help" it directs you to this site hxxp://www.thephonesupport.com/?src=dtop. i also ran a rkill scan and this is what it brought up
