Today, my email has been constantly hijacked by a vicious malware, "trc.taboola.com.  Each time I open an email, when try to close it, the nasty trc.taboola.com comes up at the top of my browser and I have to close it every time to access another email. I've noted that others have had problems with this nasty taboola infection as well.

Since this morning I have been getting this pop up from trc.taboola.com and it is a blank page I looked the page up but it is not harmful.   

Description of trc.taboola.com 

Trc.taboola.com is the unwanted redirect which can appear on users' browser without any consent. This redirect can be caused by potentially unwanted program (PUP) or adware on the computer.  The PUP or adware can generate many redirects and pop-ups on your browser, trc.taboola.com can be one of them. Solution 1: Manually remove trc.taboola.com 

Step 1: Press Ctrl+Alt+Del keys together to pull up Window Task Manager and end suspicious processes:

Windows Vista or Windows7: click start menu→type msconfig in the search bar → open System Configuration →Disable all possible startup items generated.

Scroll down to the bottom to click Show advanced settings.

Go down to the bottom and click Reset browser settings to reset Google Chrome to its default setting.

Step 3:  Remove files of Trc.taboola.com like the pictures showed:

Step 4: Go to the Registry Editor and remove all the infection registry entries listed here:
