Can We Trust Winbidwin.com Survey - Remove WinBidWin Bogus Survey

Recently, many computer users fall into the trap of the winbidwin.com bogus survey and pay for the wrong money:

I was told I won an iphone from a browser survey from winbidwin.com, I payed a shipping and handling fee and was never sent my supposed prize. Then after numerous emails they sent me and I sent back, they ran around saying that product availability was late and I'll receive it soon then sent me an email stating that I was just going to be refunded my fee for shipping and handling.  This is a scam and I want answers before I take legal action.

I also answered a WinBidWin Chrome Survey on 1/22, won an Iphone and paid $9.99 for shipping. Nothing happening and no responses to my email.  Is this a legit Chrome survey?

First and foremost, you should know that Chrome doesn't conduct any surveys and give out any prizes. It is not sure if that money would be even refunded, since it was a fraud/scam and it wasn't chrome.
