Help to Remove SmileFiles Pop-up Completely

I've stumbled upon a particularly nasty malware called SmileFiles, which doesn't seem to be very common based on some Internet searches I've done. It appears to be fairly new, and I'm unsure how to get rid of it. I got it earlier today while trying to download a PDF. However, when I turn on my computer, I get a pop-up on my desktop that looks like this:

Description of SmileFiles

SmileFiles is a potentially unwanted programs which can get into the computer along with free software such as video recording, download-managers or PDF creators, etc. This is also known as bundleware, or downloadware, which is an downloader designed to simply deliver ad-supported offers in the setup routine of an otherwise legitimate software. Bundles additional adware offers during download and installation using the OutBrowse installer. And it is made to be distributed through a pay-per-install bundle. After SmileFiles installed on your computer, it will change your computer setting like registry entries, system files and start up item.

SmileFiles claims to offer "more than 20 million files available for free download and all you need is to click a "Download" button to save them to your local disk". However, according to the Terms of use, downloading is provided by third-party servers on the internet over which SmileFiles has no and makes no claims of control or warranties. The media you download through the use of SmileFiles is entirely your responsibility. It is not responsible for the content you download. SmileFiles makes no warranties that the media you download from the internet will be spyware-free, virus-free, or malware-free. SmileFiles makes no warranties that the media you download will not damage your computer. If you don't take necessary precautions before using any file downloaded from the internet, you may have malicious files installed on the computer automatically.  You should close this SmileFiles pop-up immediately and remove the malicious file immediately. It is highly recommended to keep a powerful anti-virus like Spyhunter on the computer to remove and block viruses.
