Remove Artemultimedia.net - Delete JS:Agent-CSV [Trj]

My antivirus program detects the Artemultimedia.net as JS:Agent-CSV [Trj] and keeps blocking the risky connection to Artemultimedia.net. How can I disable this and remove the malware? Any help is appreciated.

Artemultimedia.net is a malicious browser extension which can come into the computer stealthily without uses permission along with the third-party programs, such as freeware apps, spam email or malicious links. A Remote and malicious iframe in this website was identified. It uses javascript to generate the iframe dynamically on the browser of anyone visiting the compromised site. Once the computer is infected with Artemultimedia.net,  it will change the browser setting by injecting the registry entries and codes. Artemultimedia.net will change the browser setting such as default homepage, search engine and new tab. When you open the browser, it will pop up on your browser automatically.


Artemultimedia.net is compatible with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer web browsers. This website has been hacked and contain the malicious codes which can be detected as JS:Agent-CSV [Trj]. This infection has the ability to bring in other malware to the computer. If you click on the malicious pop-up ads or links, you may be redirected to install some unwanted program on your system. It will also keep record of your personal information, such as online history, email address, even other private data like user accounts and password. It is suggested to remove Artemultimedia.net from the computer as soon as possible.

Step 1Open Windows Task Manager and close all the related running processes.

Firefox:

Scroll down to the bottom to click Show advanced settings.
Go down to the bottom and click Reset browser settings to reset Google Chrome to its default setting.


IE: 
Click Tools on the up right corner and select Internet Options.
Click on Advanced tab, press Reset button to reset IE to its default settings.

Step 3: Go to the Registry Editor and remove all the infection registry entries listed here:

(Steps: Hit Win+R keys and then type regedit in Run box to search)

Step 4- Disable proxy

1. Click on Tools on the menu bar
2. Select Internet options
3. Go to Connections tab
4. Select LAN settings at the bottom of the dialog
5. Under the Proxy sever, untick 'use a proxy server for your LAN (These settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections).'
6. Click OK
