Remove Adultsms.com Pop-up Completely From the Browser

I don't exactly know if this is Adware or something else. Whenever i go to Chrome a open something like click at a video or a link within the website, it automatically opens another window which is filled with dirty pictures of women. I think the website that it opens is Adultsms.com? or something. This is really bothering me please tell how to fix.
